Service Description
Going over some of TREC’s advisory committees; explaining how ideas and discussions become rules; discussing importance of the quadrennial rule that affects both you and your consumers; also identifying recent rule changes that affect you; and understanding the recent legislation that passed relating to the practice of real estate.

Cancellation Policy
Students are responsible for knowing whether they are eligible to receive credit, or not, for this course. In order to receive CE credit from URHome Real Estate School and from the Texas Real Estate Commission (“TREC”), you must: • fully complete the Registration and Enrollment form before class begins; • present a valid state-issued photo ID before class begins, • when requested, provide the last four digits of your state-issued photo ID, • attend the entire class from start time to dismissal, • participate in class activities and discussions, and be otherwise engaged and present for the duration of the class, • sign out with your TREC license number, and • make payment in full, if class is not otherwise sponsored. If payment was made in advance, and in order for a student to receive a refund, the student must cancel their registration by email directly to urhomereschool@gmail.com at least 72 hours prior to the class start time, and receive confirmation of such cancellation.
